Once you have submitted your housing application fee, you may complete your housing application in MySCAD and request residence hall preferences.

Begin the new student checklist
Explore the MySCAD student portal and begin your "New Student Checklist." Start by submitting your SCAD Card photo and confirming your planned major of interest.
Finalize housing requests
Meet with potential roommates through the housing portal. Submit a request for a specific roommate or let SCAD choose for you.
Accept awards
Once accepted and finalized in MySCAD, financial aid and scholarships will be applied to your account billing statement. You may also create authorized user accounts for parents and guardians.
Get oriented
Complete SCAD's virtual orientation, discover your housing assignment, and meet your roommates.
Review your class schedule
Find your class schedule on MySCAD or the SCAD app. Incoming students are registered by SCAD staff based on information you submitted in MySCAD.
