Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008

The Higher Education Opportunity Act was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. This legislation includes disclosure and reporting requirements for postsecondary education institutions. SCAD is committed to meeting these requirements by making information available to current and prospective students, parents, faculty, employees, and the general public.

SCAD makes available to current and prospective students information about student body diversity, including the percentage of enrolled, full-time students in the following categories: male, female, and self-identified members of a major racial or ethnic group in the SCAD Fact Book.
