Hours of operation
Level 1 and 2 support teams
Analysts on the level 1 and 2 support teams and can fully assist with items from resetting your password to free software downloads provided by SCAD. They are your first point of contact for technical issues at any university location. The hours listed are the support center hours during an active quarter.
