Ann Street
Ann Street provides double-occupancy studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment-style units for SCAD students through the Spring 2025 quarter. Located one block from SCAD's Herstand Hall, Ann Street opened in 2023. The newly constructed building pairs sustainably harvested timber with historic brick for a classic Savannah look.
