Explore the energizing arts and culture scene in Atlanta — all while preparing for your first day of class. Designed for students who plan to live and learn at SCAD Atlanta, this week-long experience helps new Bees gain confidence navigating SCAD spaces, the city, and university life.
Pre-Bee Savannah
Aug. 4–9, 2025
Stroll through Savannah's verdant squares, take in the city's historic architecture, and prepare for a successful first quarter. Curated for new incoming SCAD Savannah students, this week-long experience helps new Bees get familiar with university life, the city, and vibrant SCAD spaces.

Explore the history and beauty of Provence
Pre-Bee Lacoste
Aug. 20–26, 2025
With the medieval village of Lacoste, France as a home base, you will live and learn in the university's historically preserved residence halls and academic buildings. Experience artistic points of interest, including Van Gogh's rooms at the Saint-Paul asylum and a Roman archaeological site, all while making lifelong connections to fellow Bees. Pre-Bee Lacoste is open to all incoming students.
