Across the university's locations, SCADamp offers a comprehensive array of workshops, events, and coaching open to all SCAD students, faculty, and staff at no additional charge. All SCADamp programming is delivered by credentialed and experienced communication and visualization coaches. Workshop series
SCADamp offers a multi-tiered workshop series designed to elevate students' abilities to speak, visualize, and connect across a spectrum of formal and informal contexts. The series includes 60- and 90-minute workshops carefully curated to offer a progressively rigorous out-of-class learning experience. Students who complete the essential series of eight workshops earn the SCADamp Essentials Certificate and a Credly badge for their LinkedIn profile. Students seeking extra professional preparation can complete the entire series, which earns them a SCADamp Advanced Certificate and an additional Credly badge reflecting this achievement.
Coaching
SCAD students seeking personalized preparation for upcoming presentations, interviews, and other peak-performance moments can connect with SCADamp communication coaches in 1-on-1 and small group settings. These learning opportunities build professional communication skills across a spectrum of formal and informal contexts.
