    Teach students an in-depth use of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry skills as a means to create art and design concepts homing in on the textile industry. Students gain knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assemble and present their creative process. Focus is placed on the integration of hand and digital compositions to serve as fine art and design applications. Students learn how to create repeat patterns, conceptual digital artwork, and to generate digital presentations.
  • Senior Designer, 2012–2015, Desso Inc., Savannah, GA
    Creation of custom Axminster designs for the hospitality industry. Assists with distribution of work and maintaining work logs. Mediated communication internal to the company and external to clients. Utilizing GoToMeetings to reduce travel expenses and facilitate communications and understanding for project briefs and internal coordination.
  • Contract Designer, 2010–2012, Couristan Inc., Savannah, GA
    Creates custom broadloom and hand-tufted installations for the hospitality market. Provided design layouts to scale in architectural renderings.
  • Field Designer, 2007–2010, Brintons U.S. Axminster Inc., Kennesaw, GA
    Creates carpet textile designs and flooded floor plans for hotels, casinos and cruise ships. Research and target/visit new potential interior design practices, promoting Brintons product portfolio, capabilities, and design.

    Creation of hand-drawn iconic buildings and botanical renderings with the use of Photoshop to bring these designs into a file format used for digital and rotary printing on fabric.

    Creating designs intended for fabrics as well as managing all fabric strike-off samples on rotary screen printing table. Responsible for matching color on strike-offs for production.
