Served as the chief in-house counselor to the Federal District Governor on international affairs and foreign direct investment. Led a team of 12 and performed government initiatives to promote Brasília, attract investments and bring major events. Designed and implemented the Brasilia Without Borders program, in which 1,000 public school students, 75 academics and almost 330 public servers have participated in immersive international courses at world-class universities in the US, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Austria, and New Zealand.

Supervised the quality of the regulated services, coordinated complaint investigation processes, and led conflict mediation and solution. Developed and coordinated official missions to Paris and Amsterdam in order to exchange knowledge and raise funds to invest in a new waste management project. Designed new strategies and coordinated the 2010 World Water Day celebrations, which resulted in the growth of public participation, raising from 250 (2009) to 3,000 (2010) attendees.

Managed public initiatives to promote global mindedness both in the public and private sectors. Led public strategies to promote Brasilia globally as a place to work, live and play. Planned and coordinated over 15 official missions abroad.
