Served as the chief in-house counselor to the Federal District Governor on international affairs and foreign direct investment. Led a team of 12 and performed government initiatives to promote Brasília, attract investments and bring major events. Designed and implemented the Brasilia Without Borders program, in which 1,000 public school students, 75 academics and almost 330 public servers have participated in immersive international courses at world-class universities in the US, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Austria, and New Zealand.
