    Orchestrated all recruiting functions across 11 schools and two campus locations with a chief academic officer and chief of HR officer, vice presidents, deans and associate deans, chairs and associate chairs, HR generalists, and recruiters supporting over 700 faculty. Improved the recruitment process of sourcing, selecting, and onboarding which resulted in a 33% increase over last year and the employment of over 150 new employees in a nine-month period. Extended over 150 offers across 41 majors while meeting rigorous accreditation qualifications. Collaborated with cross-functional departments to manage the logistics and operational demands of the assigned project and assist teams in completing deliverables.

    Planned and implemented successful and effective marketing strategies to recruit and enroll top talent from high school, two-year and four-year accredited colleges. Delivered engaging presentations, information sessions, and one-on-one meetings across the US and internationally. Developed numerous networking opportunities with teachers, counselors, students, parents and alumni that quarterly increased recruitment goals. Planned and managed SCAD's overall logistics at special events (Comic-Con, TACAC, NACAC, PVA, and SXSW.edu).
