Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, FORTY FIVE is an on-campus residential, academic, and wellness complex. FORTY FIVE welcomes approximately 400 students to its residential spaces, which are complemented with amenities like lounge spaces and a fitness center. Students can also relax after their studies at FORTY FIVE's rooftop pool.

The complex, which opened in 2023, also houses SCADshow and its two theater spaces — a 700-seat main stage and an intimate 150-seat black box theater equipped with industry-leading projection and sound production technology. SCADshow also supports outdoor performances at SCADCOURT, located in FORTY FIVE's courtyard. The main courtyard also offers seamless access to FORTY and SCAD Way, while a bicycle path connects the building's Spring Street side to SCAD Way.

Nearly 27,000 square feet of the complex is academic space, spread across 11 new classrooms, workshops, and leading-edge labs supporting SCAD Atlanta's immersive reality, industrial design, and user experience (UX) design programs. At Ex Libris, SCAD Atlanta students can purchase books, supplies, and more. The SCADfit Atlanta location at FORTY FIVE offers students state-of-the-art cardio and strength conditioning equipment, yoga and movement classrooms, and a counseling suite to advance their wellness regimen.

This coeducational residence hall is available for new and continuing students.
