Led a boutique theatre company that is one of the country's most important incubators of Asian-American theatrical talent with notable alum including writers Lloyd Suh, Carla Ching, A. Rey Pamatmat and more. Worked with outside consultants to reassess organization's mission and vision, and clarify the strategic path to more partnerships, building education program and the return to supporting full-length productions. Worked with Board President and Managing Director to purposefully reposition 2g as a national voice by developing a 3-year strategic plan. Creatively produced and directed projects at 54 Below, La MaMa, HERE, Joe's Pub, New Ohio, and spearheaded the inaugural Second Stage Uptown residency. Partnered with McCarter Theater's Literary Department to serve as dramaturges on Instant Vaudeville: Breaking Bamboo, a new works festival. Launched Community Voices, first as a new groundbreaking space for LGBTQ Asian-Pacific Islander playwrights, now a larger ongoing program with Stuyvesant High School, boasting a 73% Asian student body and top national ranking. Commissioned plays and musicals from artists whose credits span from the West End to Off-Broadway, including playwrights Sung Rno, Anna Moench, Leah Nanako Winkler; and transgender artist, Deen. Engaged noted choreographer Camille A. Brown, Pulitzer-winning writer Brian Yorkey, and others to collaborate on new properties.

Provided creative direction for the development of concepts and execution of projects, atmospheric entertainment shows, and corporate events from inception through production with budgets reaching $5M and annual park attendance of upwards of 18.2 million visitors. Developed and served as one of the key creative directors of "Festival of Holidays," a new holiday festival that celebrates diverse cultural traditions including Diwali, Christmas, Kwanza, and Hanukkah. Directed teams around casting, show content, onboarding, executive check-ins, and sensitivity training. Projected subsequently replicated for EPCOT Center at Walt Disney World. Led creative on the refresh of Disney California Adventure park-wide events including Grad Nites (200,000 guests) and New Year's Eve celebrations. Directed teams around a NYE concert with Hollywood Recording artist Olivia Holt, new dance clubs featuring L.A. Laker's DJ Roueche, and a spectacular finale featuring 1200 musical water fountains, lasers, fire, fog and pyrotechnics. Directed corporate videos, C-suite presentations, marathons, costumed character experiences, press events, live bands, contracted acts, and themed corporate experiences with IP such as Cars, Moana, Captain America, Spider Man, Pixar, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Coco, Classic Disney, and more.

Invigorated artistic and educational efforts for the nation's oldest performing arts school. Developed and supervised department budget, course offerings, new work commissions and productions, community relationships, student recruitment, scholarship allocation, board and funder engagement, and publishing initiative. Restructured Theatre Department model by building a template of core classes in theatre, music theatre, collaboration and new play production. Led weekly department meetings to check-in on educational and artistic initiatives, track student progress, encourage inter-faculty collaborations and day-to-day updates. Represented Theatre Department at all weekly department head meetings and pertinent board meetings. Actively recruited a more diverse student body by utilizing merit-based scholarships to remove income barriers and build a bridge to the profession. Established and expanded partnerships with artists from Steppenwolf, ATL, 2ST, Primary Stages, Long Wharf, Juilliard, Princeton, NYU, Ithaca, etc. Paired theatre classics such as Sweeney Todd, Music Man, Pippin, Spring Awakening, King Stag, Pirates of Penzance, and Machinal with a rigorous "Original Works Initiative" by commissioning and producing premieres by Otis Sallid (Smokey Joe's Café, Broadway), Andrea Thome (Neva, Public Theatre), Megan Mostyn-Brown (Gotham, Fox), and Susan Soon He Stanton (Succession, HBO). Published first commissioned play in school's 99 history. Launched the first Perry-Mansfield Winter Intensive at the Juilliard School with noted artists Adam Gwon, Kristoffer Diaz, and Orlando Pabotoy.
