Responsible for creative direction, design, and scaling of comprehensive suite of in-house cannabis brands. Designed toolkits to aid speed-to-market packaging development for rapidly developing and evolving national cannabis market. Developed brand vision and strategy for Atlanta-based startup focused on offering eco-conscious travel accessories with the aim of being entirely bio-plastic by 2025. Responsible for designing entire brand and product line resulting in successful inaugural launch at The Container Store and Amazon, maintaining customer satisfaction ratings of 5/5 at TCS, and 4.2/5 on Amazon at 6-month retail milestone. Created and designed online fashion brand aimed at reclaiming and reframing the word "Homo" as what we all have in common: we are all human and we are all individual. Designed casual knitwear line and developed local supply chain of artisans to hand dyed one-of-a-kind pieces. Successfully established trademarks for HOMO and Everyone Is Homo.

Crafted in-house creative services team and led combination of six direct reports and creative partner network responsible for redesigning and elevating the brand, achieving the prestigious ARTS Award for Best Rug Co. Responsible as interim marketing director managing $1 million annual spend and helping company exceed YoY financial growth goals of 5% through the strategic implementation of new marketing initiatives and improved sales collateral. Led vision and process exercises at monthly and quarterly senior leadership meetings and KPI reviews to build capabilities and elevate the brand experience across multiple customer touchpoints. Worked directly with key ecommerce channel partners (Amazon, Way/air, Perigold, Overstock) to identify marketing levers and create targeted content.

Directed design of inaugural co-brand identity for Coca-Cola and SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment strategic partnership. Designed and managed brand refreshment and equity evolution for Coca-Cola and Sprite Visual Identity Systems across 2D/3D/4D via North America design team and world-class agencies (Turner Duckworth, Hatch, Stag & Hare). Responsible for leading bi-weekly design presentations for brand approvals and Stages and Gates milestone progress/priority meetings with senior leadership. Created brief, sourced agencies and managed RFP for Times Square Billboard Refresh project (launched August 2017). Brought design for regional creative activation for key partners and properties in-house for the purpose of improving visual brand alignment. Assisted with managing design for Diet Coke and Diane Von Furstenberg co-branded Heart Truth campaign. Designed content and templates for Properties and Strategic Partnerships for Out of Home, Packaging.
