Led a team of production artists responsible for assembling and designing printed catalog pages. Performed creative and art direction for retail marketing, retail store POP/POS, event promotion, and internal facing and external facing collateral material. Built a relationship with Human Resources to create recruitment and retention materials. Oversaw the development of the online retail site. Created their first national advertising campaign and opened four retail stores in three years, and was a member of the team that launched cabelas.com. Established and assembled a photo library of Cabela's specific images. Developed themed entertainment by being on the team that designed the indoor dioramas for the new stores and gaming galleries.
