    Advised the artistic directors on all areas regarding the artistic direction of the theater including play selection for the theater's season and company member selection. Handled all artist contracts and grant writing. Festival Director for the annual Summer Playwrights Festival.
  • Artistic board member, 1997–2000 and 2008–present, The Road Theatre Company
    A professional theatre company dedicated to producing new world premiere plays in North Hollywood. The Road's mission is to support the creation of new work (new plays, adaptations, translations) and see these plays produced on stage. Company member since 1995. Directed and facilitated over 125 staged readings of new and developing plays. Selected company members and negotiated contracts with agents. Helped organize and create fundraising initiatives. Authored grants and mission statement. Festival Director of the Summer Playwriting Festival, the largest new play reading series in the nation, 2010–present. Managed and implemented the Monday Night Road Signs new play reading series.
