Homeschooled applicants

SCAD welcomes homeschooled students and recognizes the outstanding talent and achievements of this diverse group of well-rounded individuals.

Current SCAD students who were homeschooled have proven to be self-motivated, independent learners. Some of them have received the college's highest scholarships for academic and/or artistic achievement.

Those homeschoolers not working with an umbrella school to provide an accredited transcript may submit an academic portfolio.
