Mail services

Upon assignment to a residence hall, each student is assigned a personal mailbox number (PMB) to receive mail and packages. Students can find their PMB in MySCAD shortly before their arrival to SCAD. Amazon Lockers are also available to receive eligible Amazon packages only in Savannah and Atlanta.

Students are notified via SCAD email, text, or push notification when mail arrives for them. The notification will include pickup instructions.

Please note, perishable items and delivery services such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and flowers should be sent directly to your residence hall street address and not the SCAD mail center.

Using the SCAD mail services lockers

Most mail can be picked up at a SCAD mail services locker, which can be accessed with an access code or QR code. Enter the code or scan the QR at the kiosk to retrieve your package.

Items that do not fit in the lockers may be picked up at the SCAD Mail Center at 1600 Peachtree St. NW (SCAD Atlanta) and 235 W. Boundary St. (SCAD Savannah). Students will be notified if they’ll need to pick up a package at the mail center instead of a locker.

Streamline pickup with My Mail Services app

Skip the kiosk and make pickup even easier by using the My Mail Services app, available via Google Play and the App Store. You can manage all pickups, receive alerts you when you have deliveries, and open the locker with your phone.

When purchasing from Amazon, students can have eligible orders delivered to Amazon Lockers. To add the Lockers to your address book, search them by name:
