During SCAD summer programs, participants gain an authentic experience of what it's like to be a SCAD student. While activities and events vary between locations, this general overview covers a typical day.

SCAD Summer Seminars activities
Between workshops, participants have the option to participate in activities at SCAD or to explore the city with SCAD pre-college assistants. Our exciting social activities may include tours of local museums and galleries, visits to parks or botanical gardens, exploring historic downtown Savannah, a dolphin riverboat cruise, or visits to the Georgia Aquarium.
Activities, excursions and sightseeing destinations vary per location and may also include:
- Movie screenings in SCAD theater spaces
- Pool Block Party at The Hive in Savannah
- Silent Disco
- Museum visits in Savannah and Atlanta
- The World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta
- Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta
