Tuition payments

It is not necessary to pay up front for tuition charges that the VA is expected to cover. However, any charges outside of what the VA is expected to cover must be paid by the regularly scheduled due dates, including any housing or meal plan charges. Notes are placed on student accounts each quarter so that advisers may provide financial advice. Any balance due that is left unpaid is subject to a 5 percent late payment penalty.
