From pre-screens to screen tests, students learn why casting directors are one of the most important roles in creating successful film and television. Through internships with major networks and the industry's leading casting directors, as well as casting opportunities for over 600 SCAD student films, students in this minor receive hands-on training that prepares them to step into the world of professional casting. SCAD is the only university that offers a minor in casting, along with its professional casting office.
