  Designed and supervised collaboration with Target stores developing designer brand Modern by Dwell Magazine. Consulted on development and building of digital platform, Dwell.com. Curated design stories and product content review. Built collections for content publishing. Promoted the brand across social media. Designed and managed the development of $12m home furnishing brand for Target stores collaboration. Managed prototyping and product development of hundreds of product skews. Developed relationships with product vendors and manufacturing partners in Asia. Directed teams affiliated regarding branding goals, packaging and graphic design. Represented the brand during press release and marketing campaign. Developed a hotel concept for the Dwell brand.

  Independent design/build firm serving a host of corporate and private clients. Designed and managed the buildouts of 30 stores for women's fashion brand Calypso, including flagships in New York City, Brentwood, Costa Mesa, and Bal Harbour. Managed teams as large as 25 architects and project managers. Designed guest suites furniture for Starwood Hotels - Le Meridien for 100 hotels globally. Designed and project-managed four hotel interiors for Thomson Hotels. Designed and built retail flagship stores for the brands Stüssy, Kirna Zabete, Ride, and Salvor. Designed and built corporate offices for Supreme, Stüssy, William Grant, Calypso, and Dwell media. Designed and project-managed interiors for 163-unit condo building including interior finishes throughout the building. Designed and built over 120 private residences including five large townhouse projects in Manhattan. Designed and project-managed five large-scale residential projects in Hamptons region of Long Island. Designed numerous home furnishing products for companies like Design Within Reach and Dune.
