    Led strategic communication planning for Cox Engineering and Cox Automobile to include business results, training, org changes, executive communications, change management, and D&I. Led the scriptwriting for the hybrid 3-day Cox Automotive Sales Summit to engage employees in the objectives for 2023 while celebrating the success of 2022. Created a communications strategy and messaging for the complex acquisition of a smaller company. Coordinated, promoted, and performed post-program analysis on division-wide events. Managed strategy and content delivery on the CoxOne and Fuel intranet sites. Developed communication strategy and scripting for executives to include Town Halls and other employee events. Managed employee awards process and communications.

    Wrote scripts for Coca-Cola executive leaders for award ceremonies and global industry events. Developed comprehensive communications plan for the Global Customer & Commercial Leadership team at Coca-Cola to focus on wiring the organization together to meet system needs.
