Prepared and executed legal contracts, union agreements, releases, state compliance forms, etc. Managed production expenses; researched and obtained tens of millions of dollars in tax credits for each film. Developed storage, sales and archiving strategies for IP, legal and production assets. Systemized and managed delivery of legal, publicity, residuals, and music elements to distributors. Developed brand identity, website, logo, and animated logo; consulted on creation of sizzle reels, trailers and promos.

    Served as liaison between company, production, and the distributor on nine films from pre-production, through principal photography, post production, and delivery. Recruited, interviewed and hired key department heads i.e. cinematographers, line producers, costume and production designers. Supervised company relocation; bridged operations between multiple locations- headquarters in LA, the production office, the set, editorial, etc. Created and maintained up-to-date production and accounting handbooks and communicated policies to crew. Established bank, credit, and shipping accounts and prepared all legal agreements for the production. Established and maintained state registrations and good standing for all production entities. Set up signatories and maintained compliance with the unions/guilds, state labor office, attorney general, USCO, MPIPHP, payroll companies, etc. Obtained and oversaw production insurance policies; managed claims. Secured work visas, coordinated travel and housing for location scouts, and crew relocation. Oversaw and secured MPAA rating, music licenses, main title and end credits, copyrights, etc.
