    Presented workshop for administrators/teachers (I hr. 45 min) on negotiating the challenges of a fast-paced IEP from student, teacher, and administrator perspectives. Led group of six administrative and instructional staff from four ELS Language Services locations around the US in organizing, planning, and delivery of presentation.
  • World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) Conference, 2016, Budapest, Hungary
    Proposal accepted to present my curriculum on Gender Equality for ELLs in Western Career Development. Conference attendees included representatives of the United Nations and UNESCO.
  • Tex TESOL Region IV Conference - University of Houston, 2015
    Presented my curriculum (60 min), A Career Development Guide Course for ELLS, to representatives of several universities and IEPs. Curriculum and research seek to bridge the career prospect gap between ELL professionals and native English speakers for jobs in Western countries.
