Taught EAP classes in all skills and proficiency levels to adults from over 100 countries. Received 2015 Excellence in Teaching Award. Trained new/veteran staff of 15 teachers in regular in-services on grammar and lesson planning. Officially evaluated/advised/reported on all instructors on classroom performance. Managed and delegated end/beginning of session tasks for all faculty. Led teambuilding events designed to improve morale and faculty cooperation. Checked all faculty members' grade reports upon submittal. Created/updated EAP course curricula with appropriate lesson aims and staging structures. Taught thousands of students who have gone on to pass TOEFL I and IELTS.

Created program to help immigrant parents learn English while kids are at dance practice. Assessed levels, identified needs and learning styles, and communicatively taught adult students. Organized other community homework-helping sessions among the students.

Examiner, 2011–21, International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS), Houston, TX
Evaluated exam candidates on speaking/writing portions of the IELTS-over 2,500 exams. Used advanced rubrics to accurately evaluate candidates' various English output skills.

International TESOL Conference, 2016, Baltimore
Presented workshop for administrators/teachers (I hr. 45 min) on negotiating the challenges of a fast-paced IEP from student, teacher, and administrator perspectives. Led group of six administrative and instructional staff from four ELS Language Services locations around the US in organizing, planning, and delivery of presentation.
World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) Conference, 2016, Budapest, Hungary
Proposal accepted to present my curriculum on Gender Equality for ELLs in Western Career Development. Conference attendees included representatives of the United Nations and UNESCO.
Tex TESOL Region IV Conference - University of Houston, 2015
Presented my curriculum (60 min), A Career Development Guide Course for ELLS, to representatives of several universities and IEPs. Curriculum and research seek to bridge the career prospect gap between ELL professionals and native English speakers for jobs in Western countries.
