SCAD painting alumnus Jimmy O'Neal

Jimmy O'Neal (M.F.A., painting, 2016; B.F.A., illustration, 1989) places the viewer's reflection within his compositions, often through gestural strokes of the mirrored paint he invented. Working across media, O'Neal engages with the ambiguity between self-representation and narcissism.
