SCAD Animation Studios presents: 'Bearly'

A young bear resists nature's call to hibernate and experiences the mysteries of the changing seasons in this short film from SCAD Animation Studios. "Bearly," directed by SCAD student Cherry Zhou (M.F.A., animation, 2020), is the first film from SCAD Animation Studios, which prepares SCAD students for real-world film collaboration as they create and animate over a yearlong production cycle.

This short film was featured in the student showcase at SCAD AnimationFest, a three-day celebration of the best in animation, visual effects, digital media, and more.
