SCAD Savannah salutatorian Lara Federspiel

Lara Federspiel (B.F.A., user experience design, 2023) entered the SCAD user experience (UX) design program with little knowledge of the discipline, but persevered with an unwavering determination to establish herself as an expert in the field. As a visionary leader, collaborative team member, and talented designer, Federspiel has earned an impressive collection of over 50 prestigious design awards, including an Indigo Award, International Design Award, and Red Dot Design Award. These accolades were noticed by multiple employers, including Amazon, where Lara plans to return in the fall for full-time employment.
