'Alien: Romulus' actor Isabela Merced on her career start

SCAD Savannah Film Festival Rising Star Award honoree Isabela Merced (Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Turtles All the Way Down) describes the start of her acting journey, from Ohio theater company to Broadway to Hollywood. After joining the Alien universe in 2024, Merced will join two more major franchises in 2025, starring as Dina in HBO's The Last of Us and as Hawkgirl in the DC Universe reboot of Superman.
