'Hit Man' writer and director Richard Linklater on filmmaking process
SCAD Savannah Film Festival Lifetime Achievement in Screenwriting Award honoree Richard Linklater (Boyhood, Before Sunset) talks about how he selects the stories for his films and the organic nature of his on-set filmmaking. Linklater adapted Hit Man with star Glen Powell from an article by noted Texas Monthly writer Skip Hollandsworth, who had previously written the article that became the basis for Linklater’s 2011 film Bernie.
